1. Agreement to Terms

By adding or using the VSC bot (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility & Community Rules

• You must comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• Server admins are responsible for configuring roles/permissions for VSC.
• No harassment, cheating, or manipulation of match results.

3. Matchmaking, Voting & Rankings

• Queues are first-in, first-out. Teams are shuffled on match creation.
• Results can be finalized by team-consensus voting or by admin override.
• Ranked mode updates Elo using team-average ratings; Casual mode does not affect Elo.

4. Data & Availability

• The Service stores basic data needed for operation (e.g., user IDs, Elo, queue state, match IDs).
• We may modify or discontinue features at any time without notice.
• The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VSC and its contributors are not liable for lost data, downtime, or damages arising from use of the Service.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for any user or server violating these Terms or applicable laws.

7. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
